Job Summary
Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards across all operations while driving operational integrity, service quality, and standardization across the region. Provide technical oversight, monitor operational performance, and lead initiatives to reduce NPT and improve efficiency. Promote strong HSE culture, lead risk management and incident investigations, and conduct audits, field visits, and performance reviews. Ensure workforce competency, training, and development while driving cost optimization and efficient resource utilization. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 12+ years of experience in drilling services and remedial operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or regional capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, or related)
- 12+ years of experience in drilling services and remedial operations
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership or regional role
- Strong technical knowledge in at least two service lines (TRS, Drilling , fishing, Thru tubing , DHT )
