Control, analyze, and improve processes and equipment for mass production while achieving manufacturing KPIs in quality, delivery, and cost. Ensure smooth manufacturing operations by instructing maintenance staff on equipment upkeep and enhancing process robustness. Develop production documents including PFMEA, CP, and WI to stabilize product quality and boost procedural efficiency. Implement quality tools such as 14Q, Poka-Yoke, PDCA, and 8D reports to resolve shop floor issues and increase productivity. Support trail runs for new products and fixtures, manage customer and internal audits, and collaborate across departments and with plant leadership.
