Job Summary
Lead strategic initiatives for restaurant expansion across 8 Western region branches, conducting market analysis to establish business plans and drive new openings. Supervise regional General Managers, Branch Managers, and Floor Managers while overseeing facility maintenance, sanitation standards, and security compliance. Manage budgeted revenues and control costs including labor, food, and maintenance to maximize profitability, preparing financial reports for monthly forecasting. Advise on recruiting, hiring, training, and career development for all staff, and oversee the Corporate Chef for new menu development. Requires proficiency in English and Korean, P&L analysis, and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field
- 6+ years of managerial/leadership experience in hospitality and food service
- Ability to work in multiple regional locations
- Ability to work in cross-functional roles as needed (front-of-house & back-of-house)
- Flexibility to adapt to a schedule according to business needs
- Ability to read and analyze a P&L and use it effectively to drive business
- Proficiency in English and Korean (speaking, writing, reading, and understanding)
- Working knowledge of MS Office programs
