Job Summary
Oversee daily operations, lead system improvements, and manage the planning team to maximize output and optimize inventory. Drive health and safety initiatives to reduce accidents while managing engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing functions. Lead continuous improvement efforts focused on lean manufacturing and employee engagement, preparing budgets and reports to track KPIs for cost, efficiency, and quality. Support purchasing for cost reductions, assist in long-range planning formulation, and collaborate with NPD to turn concepts into scalable product solutions. Requires a degree in Industrial Engineering, 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, and fluency in English and Mandarin.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years' of management experience in a similar leadership role
- ideally in a manufacturing / engineering environment
- multi-operational, high hardware SKU manufacturing environment
- Fluent in spoken English
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Willingness to travel away from home on a need-to basis
