Job Summary
Coordinate and support manufacturing operations for AbbVie’s production systems, focusing on monitoring and troubleshooting assigned systems, providing technical service, and driving improvements in design, installation, and start-up of projects to optimize efficiency. Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance, assist in long-term projects, and collaborate with project team members, production, engineering, and outside consultants. Identify issues affecting production downtime and implement effective solutions. Requires High School/GED and 1-2 years of technical experience; knowledge of regulatory requirements; ability to communicate with cross-functional teams and maintain SOPs/BOPs.
Required Qualifications
- High School/GED is required
- Technical school completion/certification preferred
- At least 1-2 years prior technical experience in area(s) of specialty with basic knowledge of systems described
- Knowledge of basic regulatory requirements
