Operation and Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Operate and maintain the Nitrogen and SMRs units at the Sadat Plant, troubleshooting plant process problems and carrying out daily plant activities. Ensure EH&S compliance and safety, participate in safety meetings, and manage on-call responsibilities to maintain product supply. Maintain plant logs, collect production data, verify accuracy, and resolve discrepancies. Work with site personnel to meet customer requirements, support routine and non-routine maintenance per SAP PM, and strive for maximum uptime and reliability. Demonstrate safe work practices, learn to operate other plants in the facility when possible, and support plant shutdowns with safety and operational oversight.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in gas, petrochemical, or related industries
- Experience in operations, maintenance, or monitoring of industrial process plants
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Acceptable English oral and written skills
- Demonstrated commitment to safety
