Operation Agent – Gestionnaire de Flotte VTC (H/F)

Manage the operational and financial performance of a 40-vehicle fleet by tracking daily rent collection, processing damage claims, and maximizing VTC ride volume through data-driven coaching. Coordinate repairs with technical agents to minimize downtime, schedule mandatory technical inspections, and ensure zero vehicles remain idle. Deploy new assets to the market and maintain rigorous financial oversight across the fleet. This role requires strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, GPS tracking proficiency, and direct field interaction with drivers to balance empathy with firmness on payments.
