Job Summary
Operating Unit IT Leader for First Quality Print & Packaging in Anderson, SC. Responsible for aligning technology strategy with business objectives, driving digital transformation, and delivering maximum IT value at the site level. Leads IT operations, governance, budgeting, vendor management, and project delivery, collaborating with site leadership and business owners to translate strategy into technology solutions, standards, and roadmaps. Oversees IT capability planning, portfolio management, change management, and continuous improvement to support 24/7 manufacturing operations and cross-functional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (required)
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience
- Strong manufacturing industry background (highly preferred)
- Demonstrated experience leading IT teams and managing complex projects in a 24/7 operational environment
- Leadership experience with IT professionals
- Strong business acumen and ability to articulate business requirements across functions
- Excellent project and process management skills (PMP knowledge is a plus)
- Superior problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and with global teams
- Broad knowledge across IT disciplines (infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data)
- Experience with systems development, analysis, design, and IT operations
- Familiarity with manufacturing technologies and systems (MES, ERP, automation) is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English (additional languages preferred)
- Ability and willingness to engage at all organizational levels
- Comfort in a fast-paced, results-oriented manufacturing environment
