Job Summary
Pre-batch and blend raw materials to create industrial or architectural colorant following detailed processing instructions. Perform assigned manufacturing tasks while maintaining a safe, clean, and productive working environment. Operate heavy machinery and coordinate with other employees during unsupervised or supervised access to proprietary information and raw materials. This role is part of Sherwin's manufacturing team, operating on a Monday to Friday schedule from 2:00pm to 10:30pm with a $0.50/hour shift differential. Eligible for performance-based bonuses. A criminal history review is required to protect business operations and staff safety.
