Operating Technician Manufacturing

Set up, run, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce paint and coating products consistent with customer requirements. Perform assigned manufacturing tasks while maintaining a safe, clean, and productive working environment. Operate heavy machinery and coordinate with other employees on the 2nd shift extended schedule from Monday through Friday, 4pm to 12am. Receive a shift differential of $.40 per hour and qualify for performance-based bonuses. Complete a criminal history review as required due to access to proprietary information, raw materials, and finished merchandise.
