Job Summary
Pre-batch and blend raw materials to create industrial or architectural colorant batches by following detailed processing instructions. Perform assigned manufacturing tasks while maintaining a safe, clean, and productive working environment. Operate heavy machinery and interact with other employees during shift work. This role requires a criminal history review to protect business operations and staff safety. Candidates must be eligible for performance-based bonuses.
