Job Summary
Manage Windows and Linux environments by performing installation, configuration, patching, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure SLA compliance. Design, deploy, and maintain OS solutions including third-party applications like Samba and Antivirus while executing hardening and security compliance per CIS benchmarks. Provide trend analysis to management for resource decisions and maintain current documentation aligned with company standards. Share knowledge through formal sessions and adhere to all SOPs. Work in Cyberjaya with travel and festive season flexibility required.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Information Technology
- Min 7+ years of experience in IT focusing on Operating Systems (Linux & Windows)
- Proven experience in multiple Operating Systems platforms
- Certification in ITIL, Windows, Redhat or SUSE
- Strong command in English
- excellent verbal and presentation skills
- great interpersonal skills
- experience in international collaboration
- Willing to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor
- Able to travel if required
- Willing to work during festive season (if needed)
