Operating Room Technician

Conduct pre-operative setup by ensuring all implants and supplies are in place, then assist in selecting and assembling instruments while maintaining aseptic techniques. Transport patients, case carts, and equipment before and after procedures, and participate in OR suite turnover by cleaning and managing case carts. Assist with positioning patients during surgery, handle specimens and cultures per hospital protocols, and provide patient support during anesthesia administration. Maintain sterile fields and equipment under the direction of a registered nurse or physician, actively participate in quality initiatives, and function as an effective team member.
