Operating Room Surgical Technologist BWH

Maintain sterile technique and support the operating room environment: prepare and maintain the OR, assist with peri-operative patient care, and collaborate closely with surgeons and nurses to ensure smooth, efficient operating room function in a fast-paced setting. This role participates in a three-level surgical technologist career ladder with a rotating 36-hour schedule and sign-on bonus; onsite responsibilities at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (Mass General Brigham) with a focus on patient safety, teamwork, and quality care. The position requires completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program and certification within the specified timeframe, with preferred experience in an OR or ambulatory surgery setting.
