Job Summary
Operating Room Sales Representative for Medtronic ACM in the DC/VA/MD territory. Remote within territory with requirement to drive to multiple hospital/account sites; promote capital and consumable portfolio addressing respiratory surgical complications; forecast and own territory pipeline; develop and execute sales strategies; manage relationships with hospital personnel including C-suite; provide product feature/benefit applications, clinical support, and pre/post-sales activities; coordinate with regional field sales team, negotiate and close profitable agreements, and ensure vendor credentialing. Requires ability to travel across the territory and reside within the territory; strong communication, clinical/sales acumen, and ability to deliver strategic messaging in diverse settings. Base salary around 80,000 USD with eligibility for incentive plans and comprehensive benefits; U.S. work authorization sponsorship limited to principal-level roles and above.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience. Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences. Valid driver’s license.
