Operating Room RN (Monday-Friday Day-time Hours)

Operating Room RN needed for a Monday–Friday daytime schedule at a Surgery Center in Merrimack Valley. Provides general and peri-operative nursing care, leads collaborative patient care with physicians and multidisciplinary caregivers, executes the nursing process, and ensures patient safety and quality care. Responsibilities include promoting an organizational culture, participating in staff and department meetings, coordinating and documenting patient care, cross-training/float as needed, maintaining equipment and supplies, and communicating effectively with patients and caregivers. Preferred qualifications include BSN/MSN, Massachusetts nursing licensure in good standing, BLS/ACLS/PALS requirements, and the ability to lift and move patients and equipment safely. The role emphasizes teamwork, critical thinking, compassionate care, and adherence to infection control and policy standards. Salary range is $48-$66 per hour with a sign-on bonus of $10,000 and benefits; schedule excludes nights, holidays, weekends, and on-call duties.
