Operating Room RN (Hiring and Relocation Incentives Available)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care through the nursing process in the operating room. Direct and coordinate nursing care for patients based on clinical standards and the Florida Nurse Practice Act. Collaborate with professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achieve desired outcomes. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills as a clinician, teacher, researcher, and leader. Incorporate knowledge of patient age and cultural diversity into care provision. Requires an Associate's degree in nursing, two years of recent OR experience, current Florida license, and BLS certification. Full-time variable shift position at Lee Health campuses in Fort Myers with relocation incentives.
