Job Summary
Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments, organizing and implementing service in the assigned specialty area. Perform primary nursing functions including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care. Manage workflow efficiently by handling room set-up, turnovers, and supply/equipment needs prior to case start. Assist in orientation of new coworkers and permanent team members. Work full-time days with no weekends or holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of RN Operating Room experience
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- current RN license in our state
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
