Job Summary
The Operating Room Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering compassionate and collaborative nursing care across diverse patient populations. Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering medications, and providing emotional support. Registered Nurses must possess current Massachusetts RN licensure and BLS certification. Additional certifications like ACLS may be required depending on the unit, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in nursing. New graduate nurses are accepted for some positions, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Massachusetts state RN license
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS certification required for specific units
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills

Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care setting preferred
