Operating Room (OR) RN - Orlando Health (North Orlando Region)

Conduct advanced patient care in operating rooms requiring complex assessments, intensive interventions, and continuous high-level nursing vigilance. Monitor and adjust specialized equipment, interpret data from cardiac monitors and ventilators, and respond to life-saving situations based on nursing standards and protocol. Prioritize patient care continuously, document care consistently, and coordinate delegation to team members while maintaining a clean, safe work area. Participate in peer review, mentoring, and committee work to drive quality improvement. Requires one year of operating room experience, current Florida licensure, and ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC certifications.
