Monitor and adjust specialized equipment, interpreting data from cardiac monitors, respirators, and ventilators regarding intracranial, central venous, and pulmonary artery pressures. Respond to life-saving situations based on nursing standards and protocol while demonstrating advanced judgment for patients requiring complex assessments and intensive interventions. Quickly identify and prioritize information to take decisive, evidence-based action, coordinating care and delegating to team members as appropriate. Document patient care consistently, meeting all regulatory standards for assessments, medication administration, and patient safety. Maintain regular attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies and federal standards.
