Job Summary
As an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) at Canyon View Surgery Center, you will work collaboratively with the health care team to provide exceptional care to patients throughout their surgical experience. Key responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, maintaining accurate records, ensuring safety protocols, assisting in patient education, and providing guidance to staff. To qualify, candidates must possess an Associate’s Degree in nursing, hold a current Colorado RN License, have current BLS certification, and at least one year of surgical experience. Additional qualifications such as CNOR certification and AORN affiliation are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Current Colorado RN License
- Current BLS
- Current ACLS/PALS (Must be obtained within 6 months of hire)
- At least one (1) year of surgical experience
Desired Qualifications
- Current CNOR and AORN professional affiliation preferred.
- Experience in surgical settings

- Must relocate to Grand Junction, CO 81505
