Operating Room (OR) Nurse

Circulate surgical cases in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic surgery center by preparing operating rooms, equipment, and instruments for scheduled procedures. Verify patient identity, surgical site, and procedure according to safety protocols while serving as the patient's advocate before, during, and after surgery. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to anticipate team needs and promote efficient case flow. Monitor patients throughout the intraoperative phase, maintain accurate clinical documentation, manage inventory levels, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition. Requires current RN license, OR experience, and BLS certification. Full-time 4x10 schedule with weekend and holiday on-call rotation.
