Job Summary
Provide safe nursing care in the Operating Room as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team; evaluate patients preoperative, administer intravenous therapy and preoperative medications, participate in surgical-site verification, including briefing, time out, and debriefing, and universal protocols; monitor patient condition and document changes; educate patients and families about the medical condition, treatment, and follow-up measures; contribute to patient safety and workflow efficiency while applying evidence-based practices and professional leadership within the OR team.
