Operating Room Nurse - RN

Direct, direct-patient perioperative nursing care in Operating Room and PACU settings. Applies the nursing process to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care within a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing patient wellness and safety. Role includes model of proficiency through precepting newer staff, adapting to a fast-paced clinical environment, and contributing to safe, quality care at the point of care. Perioperative core curriculum and certifications are integrated into care models (AORN/ABPANC standards). Provides day-to-day patient care in perioperative, PACU, or OR, with 4x10 shifts, rotating days off, and a travel package to support assignments (13 weeks with extension options).
