Job Summary
OR Nurse role performing perioperative nursing on an orthopedics/spine unit. Independently applies the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; guides unlicensed personnel; collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other team members to ensure safe, effective care and optimal outcomes. Requires IL RN license and CPR/BLS certification; BSN preferred; hours are 7a–3:30p with call rotation. Full-time position at Skokie Hospital within Endeavor Health system.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state approved school of nursing
- IL RN License
- CPR
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- 6 months RN experience in a comparable role (preferred)
