Operating Room Nurse Coordinator ( O.R. Clinical Coordinator )

Perform all aspects of the nursing process, including recognizing, interpreting, documenting, and demonstrating skills required by the patient population. Assist in planning, monitoring, and improving unit operations to achieve hospital goals of quality, service, and positive outcomes under the direction of the Nurse Manager or Nursing Director. Execute assigned OR charge nurse duties, with the expectation of being assigned to cases when needed. Demonstrate knowledge of emergency preparedness policies and procedures while maintaining leadership accountability. Work alternating shifts with monthly on-call requirements including weekends and holidays.
