Job Summary
Operating Room RN position at Wellstar in Grovetown, GA. Responsibilities include providing high-quality nursing care within the patient care team: assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; delivering care plans with independent judgment; coordinating patient flow and ensuring safety and confidentiality; serving as a resource to patients and families, communicating care plans to the team, and supporting performance improvement initiatives. - RN - Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
