Operating Room Nurse (Ambulatory Surgery Center)

Operating Room Nurse to join an ambulatory surgery center team in Brandywine, MD. The role focuses on patient advocacy and assisting surgeons during procedures while maintaining a sterile operating room. Responsibilities include pre-surgery patient assessment (e.g., NPO status), gathering supplies, maintaining sterile fields, positioning and preparing patients on the operating table, adhering to safety standards, and performing duties within or outside the sterile field as assigned. Requires a BSN, Maryland nursing license/compact state, and at least 2 years of perioperative nursing experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Hours are Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and sick leave. Salary range is $65-$70 DOE.
