Operating Room Circulator RN - All Facilities

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure safe, individualized patient care. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication through rounds and case reviews while documenting care and promoting a respectful clinical environment. Partner with patients and families using bedside shift reports and just-in-time teaching to align care with patient goals. Complete mandatory education, competency assessments, and serve as a preceptor or mentor to support the nursing workforce. Participate in performance improvement activities, evidence-based practice initiatives, and protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Maintain compliance with Georgia Nurse Practice Act, TJC safety goals, and Wellstar policies while functioning decisively in fast-paced settings.
