Job Summary
Lead clinical and operational performance across a cluster of five veterinary practices in Scunthorpe by promoting best practices, ensuring high client service standards, and driving sustainable business growth. Mentor and inspire veterinary professionals to build high-performing teams while optimizing resources, rotas, and workflows to maximize efficiency and meet key performance metrics. Own equity in the practices with full autonomy to run locally, supported by Medivet's central functions, while delivering exceptional patient care and identifying opportunities for development.
Required Qualifications
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Proven experience in operational and/or leadership roles
- Desire for strong clinical standards with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
- Excellent leadership and people management capabilities
- Ability to influence, engage, and build relationships at all levels
- Commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results
- Passion for delivering outstanding client service
