Operating Partner - Unit 752

Operating Partner at Whataburger unit 752 leads a team of Family Members and manages the performance and operations of the restaurant(s). Oversees rollout and adoption of change initiatives including new products, systems, campaigns and strategies. Key skills include budgeting, recruiting, coaching, restaurant operations, food safety, presentation skills, and labor law compliance.
