Operating Partner - Unit 427

Operating Partner at Whataburger (Unit 427) leads a team of Family Members and oversees performance and operations of their restaurant(s). Drives profit and loss management, cash reporting, labor and food expense controls, repairs and maintenance, and talent development through hiring decisions and performance assessments. Partners with Managers and the Market Leader to execute operational plans, monitor restaurant performance via customer and labor metrics, and promote food safety policies. Oversees rollout of change initiatives, new products, and brand campaigns, and builds relationships with customers while resolving complaints. Requires budgeting, recruiting, coaching, and strong restaurant operations and compliance with labor laws. Preferred: associate degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years of management in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
