Operating Partner - Unit 24

Operating Partner at Whataburger Odessa, TX responsible for leading a team of Family Members and managing the performance and operations of their restaurant(s). The partner leads profit and loss, oversees cash reporting, labor and food expenses, repairs and maintenance, and attracts and retains talent through hiring decisions, growth and development plans, and regular performance assessments. Works with Managers and the Market Leader to execute operational plans, monitors restaurant performance using reporting tools and customer and labor metrics, maintains safety protocols and food safety policies, builds relationships with customers, and leads rollout of change initiatives including new products, systems, campaigns and strategies.
