Job Summary
Operating Partner leads a team of Family Members and manages the performance and operations of restaurant(s). Responsible for profit and loss, budgeting, cash reporting, labor and food costs, talent attraction/retention through hiring decisions, growth plans, and performance assessments. Collaborates with Managers and Market Leader to execute operational plans, monitors restaurant performance with reporting tools and customer/labor metrics, maintains food safety protocols, builds customer relationships, resolves complaints, and rolls out change initiatives including new products, systems, campaigns and strategies. Requires strong budgeting, recruiting, coaching, restaurant operations, and compliance with labor laws; capable of presenting to teams and leading initiatives across the operation.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
