Job Summary
Lead clinical and operational performance across a cluster of four veterinary practices on the Norfolk/Lincolnshire border. Drive day-to-day operational metrics including revenue, EBITDA, and client satisfaction while maintaining compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Lead, coach, and mentor clinical and non-clinical teams to build high-performing cultures, manage rotas, and optimize workflows. Identify commercial growth opportunities through effective planning and execution, supported by the Medivet network. Maintain a clinical presence through mentoring and hands-on work while dedicating time to leadership responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Proven experience in operational and/or leadership roles
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
- Excellent leadership and people management capabilities
- Ability to influence, engage, and build relationships at all levels
- Commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results
- Passion for delivering outstanding client service
