Job Summary
Design and develop business architecture and operating models aligned to client objectives and transformation goals. Analyse data to generate actionable insights, ensure integration of key components across functions, and apply best practices to improve methodologies. Support the delivery team with large-scale, technology-enabled transformation programmes, particularly within the public sector, by contributing to implementation planning, execution, and embedding of initiatives. Manage risk, track progress, monitor finances, and produce high-quality visual outputs to communicate status and recommendations to clients. Engage cross-functional stakeholders, manage internal and external relationships throughout the project lifecycle, and drive change management activities to support adoption of new ways of working. Produce high-quality outputs under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- QF Level 7 and above (ZA)
- 2- 5 years of experience
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach and a self-starter attitude
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressured environment
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship building skills
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Keen attention to detail
- Experience of supporting delivery of transformation programmes; industry agnostic
- Experience in project; ideally in a change or transformation environment, including such capabilities creation of plans and RAIDD management
- Experience in business analysis, transformation communications & liaising with stakeholders, and engagement change monitoring
- Experience in working with teams in interpreting clients' strategic, operational, and external drivers for change into coherent and logic recommendations
- Experience in creating high quality visual outputs to communicate status, progress, business analysis outputs, and recommendations to clients
- Understanding of transformation opportunities and what the general factors to be considered while conducting complex transformation programmes are
- Awareness of how such programmes need to leverage technology and an understanding of different approaches to enterprise transformation
- Experience in conducting business analysis and developing requirements across process, people, organisation, operations, and technology and information
- Ability to articulate the business benefits of transformations and articulate the case for change
- Practical and output focussed approach and a desire to make a difference
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create client recommendations and outputs with concise, clear, and coherent messaging
- Experience of working collaboratively with external teams and subject matter experts to benefit project work and recommendations
- Experience of working within large, complex programmes
- Experience in working with agile and scaled agile delivery approaches
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally an industry recognised project or programme management qualification (e.g., Prince2 / MSP etc.)
- TOGAF advantageous
- Experience in project; ideally in a change or transformation environment, including such capabilities creation of plans and RAIDD management
- Experience in business analysis, transformation communications & liaising with stakeholders, and engagement change monitoring
- Experience in working with teams in interpreting clients' strategic, operational, and external drivers for change into coherent and logic recommendations
