Job Summary

Lead Papa John’s restaurant operations as Operating Manager, owning people, product, financials, and culture; recruit, train, and develop staff, run performance evaluations, schedule effectively, and build a bench of talent; manage budgets, control food and labor costs, monitor sales targets, and maintain a healthy P&L; uphold service standards and handle guest escalations to convert issues into loyalty; oversee stock management, safety/health compliance, promotional execution, and pricing integrity to ensure operations run to Papa John’s standards with consistency and integrity. Requires prior restaurant leadership experience (store manager or shift lead level) and a high school diploma or GED, plus ServSafe or local/state food service certification, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; must be able to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
