Job Summary
Operate mechanical, electrical, and power generation systems while performing installation, maintenance, repair, and routine equipment rounds. Monitor and maintain HVAC, boilers, pumps, and refrigeration units, executing the JLL Preventative Maintenance Program and addressing service requests. Inspect pumps, fans, and motors against blueprints and standards, then analyze and resolve work problems to improve production efficiency. Assist with developing work instructions and SOPs, maintain time records, and act as on-call engineer for emergency response procedures. This role requires on-site presence in Salem, NH, and candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be comfortable and flexible enough to work with a wide-ranging and changing scope of responsibilities while adhering to the constraints of procedures put in place to minimize the risk for human error
- Team player with the desire to foster teamwork to help create a positive working environment
- Ability to evaluate building systems to monitor and to improve performance to operate efficiently
- Periodically acts as the on-call engineer as requested by supervisor
- Actively participates in emergency response procedures, technical and safety training programs
- Performs all work using the proper safety equipment and in a safe manner
