Job Summary
Operate and maintain electrical and mechanical systems across assigned buildings, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Life Safety. Maintain and update CMMS information for building operating systems; perform preventive maintenance and respond to online service requests with professionalism and minimal disruption. Respond to emergencies and support after-hours building activity; assist with installations of new and/or replacement equipment. Review the quality and pricing of work performed by outside contractors. Maintain a detailed inventory of parts and equipment and submit replacement requests as necessary. Assist the Lead Engineer/Chief Engineer/Site Manager with operational recommendations and process improvements. Interact with customers with a positive demeanor and focus on customer satisfaction. Maintain compliance with Federal, State, County and City codes and the JLL Engineering Services Compliance Program. Attend training seminars on and off site. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, Universal CFC certification, 4 years of electrical/HVAC experience (including rooftop units and backup systems), IT tools proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications

- Universal CFC certification
- 4 years experience in electrical and HVAC trade (including rooftop units and backup systems)
- Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms
