Job Summary
Operate, inspect, and maintain mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems; complete tasks including painting, pressure washing, lighting maintenance, plumbing, water treatment, locksmith work and general maintenance; manage work orders in CMMS; participate in preventive maintenance and inspections; assist with on-call or emergency responses; troubleshoot building systems (electrical, DDC, pneumatic controls); follow safety procedures; participate in technical, safety, and operational training; required 3+ years of related experience and EPA/CFC certification pursuit within the first year; on-site schedule 7am–4pm, San Diego, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry
- Universal CFC EPA certification or intention to achieve within first year (with employer assistance)
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with ladders up to 30 feet tall
- Strong customer service skills
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
