Coordinate daily surgical support on the Operating Room (OK) by preparing operating rooms, managing equipment, and assisting during procedures alongside a multidisciplinary team. Ensure smooth patient care through proactive communication, adaptability in fast-changing situations, and precise execution of tasks from preparation to post-procedure. Work flexible evening, night, and weekend shifts within a modern facility utilizing robotic technology, with opportunities to develop into a senior role or mentor junior staff. Required Qualifications
- Diploma Operatieassistent (CZO-erkend)
- hebt een proactieve, flexibele en klantgerichte houding
