Conduct reduction furnace operations and assist in guiding electric arc furnaces while managing titanium slag production and grades of molten iron. Perform general tasks related to pouring molten iron, handling and cooling slag, and operate forklifts as needed. Verify, inspect, and adjust equipment to ensure production efficiency and quality. Maintain a safe, clean work environment by adhering to factory safety regulations and performing minor repairs. Work a rotating schedule of three days on, two days off, repeating this cycle.
