Job Summary
Manage and validate real estate listings by checking price/surface consistency, photo quality, and categorization before go-live. Administer partner accounts, B2B subscription credits, and ensure strict adherence to platform quality standards. Serve as the primary contact for partners via phone and email, handling onboarding, bug triage, and incident resolution with technical teams. Support business development by integrating new projects and centralizing client feedback to drive product improvements. Maintain daily operations in French and Arabic with strong digital tool proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bac+3 minimum en gestion, commerce, digital ou équivalent
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'arabe, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
- Très bonne aisance avec les outils digitaux (back-office, CRM, Google Workspace)
Desired Qualifications
- Une première expérience en agence immobilière, portail web ou service client B2B
