Job Summary
Conduct lactoserum and milk reception, perform sampling and quality checks, and complete production reports. Execute equipment and facility washing via CIP and manual methods, and handle all other related operational tasks. Work in a 12-hour rotating day/night shift schedule with a 3-4-4-3 rotation, earning $29.25/h plus night and evening premiums. Requires secondary diploma, similar experience, and physical capability.
