Monitor telephone and radio transmissions from the control center, receiving and transmitting calls while conducting research for operational information. Communicate updates to relevant supervisors and log equipment transactions in registers, ensuring security and adherence to communication codes. Collect statistical data on attendance, temperature, and execution time to generate reports, and submit suggestions to improve team performance and equipment functionality. Maintain ethical standards and follow pertinent instructions throughout shifts. Requires secondary school diploma, minimum one season at La Ronde or one year in a similar role, basic Windows knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure.
