Opérateur de shunter

Operate a shunter to move trailers and various materials, including receiving metal and transporting it to appropriate locations. Unload trucks, verify material quality, and move carcasses and ferrous materials to the shredder loading area. Transport non-ferrous material bins and perform material identification tests using appropriate tools or magnets. Identify and evaluate unsellable materials, conduct physical inventory of stock materials according to established schedules, and record weights of incoming and outgoing materials in required reports. Grease and lubricate machine parts as needed, wash and maintain the machine when required, and perform any other related tasks as necessary.
