Opérateur de production

Operate various production line posts and equipment while adhering to HSE and quality guidelines. Monitor ongoing production for quality, yield, and safety, alerting management immediately to any deviations. Intervene on equipment to address quality defects upon request and perform cleaning operations between fabrication runs to maintain workspace standards. Log all necessary documentation throughout the production cycle, including tags, schedules, and visit sheets. Receive daily instructions from colleagues and management at the start of the shift and relay them at the end. This role is based at Hexcel's high-tech production site in Roussillon, near Vienne, with a 5x8 schedule including night shifts, Sundays, and holidays. A B license is preferred, and on-site training is provided for all candidates.
