Job Summary
Assemble, cable, integrate, and glue electronic products while adhering to operating procedures and performing test checks to alert difficulties. Complete tracking documents and identify products from assembly to packaging. Perform Level 1 preventive maintenance, verify equipment compliance, and propose actions to secure workstations. Participate in continuous improvement by suggesting ideas, respecting 5S and Kanban protocols, and joining problem-solving sessions. Work within a team of 30 on six production lines at Thales' La Ferté-Saint-Aubin site, supporting the JUNGHANS T2M joint venture's munition rocket production.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the production universe, ideally electronic, on polyvalent posts
- Sensitivity to Lean
- Wiring skills (soldering iron)
- Maintenance of 1st and 2nd levels
- Comfort working on an injection machine
- Team spirit
