Job Summary
Operate semi- and fully automatic process systems, including setup, monitoring, and maintenance. Perform cleaning of production equipment and facilities, order raw materials, and manage batch documentation. Assist fermentation with mixing activities and actively contribute to quality, safety, and capacity improvement initiatives. Adhere strictly to cGMP regulations and department SOPs during daily operations. This role involves a 9–12 month training period with rotating day, evening, night, and weekend shifts across five teams. You will work within the Fermentation & Primary Purification division, supporting the API production of antibiotics. As part of a 11-person team, you collaborate closely with engineers and assistants to maintain a strong operational culture.
Required Qualifications
- er uddannet procesoperatør, industrioperatør eller lignende
- har erfaring med WinCC processoftware eller lignende
- har erfaring med GMP fra farmaceutisk produktion og med kemiske enhedsoperationer
- kommunikerer problemfrit på dansk, skriftligt såvel som mundtligt
- har truckcertifikat
- arbejder systematisk
- har stor interresse og flair for IT
- har et godt overblik
- trives med administrative opgaver, såsom SOP-skrivning og logbogs-review
- er fleksibel, systematisk og indstillet på at yde en ekstra indsats i pressede situationer
- er ansvarlig, mødestabil og værdsætter et godt kollegialt samarbejde
- er initiativrig og er tryg ved at arbejde selvstændigt
- er i besiddelse af et godt helbred og en god fysik
- Vagter placeret i et 5 holdsskift alle ugens dage i en kombination af dag- aften- nat og weekendvagter
